4 Real Women International, Inc (4RWI) believes that every woman has the potential to become an effective leader.

4RWI. Inc also believes that women can and should lead from whatever platform they have available to them. Thus, women in the 21 First Century can provide leadership on executive boards and committees, but they also can influence change in their communities and lead at home from the dinner table.

Women are natural-born leaders and this is evident in the multiple functions of the different roles they fulfill on a day –to-day basis.  Based on this premise, 4RWI, Inc. provides leadership for women in several ways:

1)    Through the provision of training opportunities that allow women to become agents of change in their families, communities and by extension society at large.
2)    By providing opportunities for women, who are members of the organization, to develop and exercise leadership skills in the different committees and teams that form the structure of the 4RWI organization.
3)    By providing opportunities for women to become aware of the issues that impact women and girls, locally and globally, thus becoming a voice that e mpowers and uplifts other women and speaks truth to the realities and struggles that women face on a daily basis.
