The mission of 4RWI, Inc. is to help women by equipping them with leadership and empowerment skills to effectively change their lives, the lives of their families, and their communities. We work towards the advancement of women by encouraging local and global mentorship and the building of supportive networks. We seek to change multi-level systems (individual, family and social) in which women traditionally do not have a voice and often serve to perpetuate the oppression of women in cycles and circles of abuse, toxic relationships, under-representation, misrepresentation and under-development. How does 4RWI fulfill its mission? We do this by increasing women's understanding of themselves, their families, and their societies; and their roles as leaders within these systems. We assist in helping women to seek personal purpose and meaning by placing them on a persistent quest for self-improvement. We do this through the planning and facilitation of ongoing innovative insight-gaining progams and activities for individual or group settings. We create, develop, present, and sponsor online and on-site workshops, seminars, group interventions, support groups, peer-counseling and mentoring that empowers women - regardless of race, ethnicity, age, nationality or economical status.
